National ENSI work

Organised a regional meeting of ENSI and potential partners in Oct 2006 to explore the value and potential of an Asia Pacific Hub for ENSI.

A national forum on Environmental Education’s contribution to Sustainability was held in June 2006 and co-hosted by ENSI and Queensland Department of Education in collaboration with the Australian Government and ARIES.

Undertaken a national review of whole-school approaches to sustainability including international ENSI activities and used these to inform Australia’s national approach (see aries.mq.edu.au).

Undertaken a study of teacher education models for EE and sustainability in Australia and overseas to inform how we can mainstream sustainability across pre-service teacher education (see aries.mq.edu.au).
